We want your stay to be one that you will remember.
We ask that you please follow our rules and regulations below.
- Office Hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
(unless arrangements are made). Check out time is by 12:00 p.m.
- Advance reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior
to arrival. A credit card will be required at the time of your reservation. Reservations
must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations and
no shows will be charged a one-night fee.
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Please observe the speed limit.
- Garbage place in metal trash containers .
- Pets: Two per space and must be on a leash at all times. No animal
will be left tied outside or unattended at any time and must be kept
within the confines of your space . Please pick-up
after they have done their business.
- Parking Facilities are at a premium, as R.V.s'
are becoming longer/wider. One vehicle per space allowed . Unless
your space allows for two vehicles without crowding your neighbor.
Management must grant permission for additional vehicles.
- Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect your neighbors.
- The Recreation Area/Firepits is yours to enjoy.
We expect everyone to do their part to help keep them clean. No ground
fires. Fires are allowed in firepits only.
- Parents must supervise all children under age.
- If you would like the Recreation Area or campfire area reserved
for personal use (family reunion or get together with friends) you
may do so - please inquire when making a reservation.
- Roughlock RV Park will not be responsible at any
time for loss due to fire, theft, injury accidents, or any other
property or liability losses.
- We try very hard to keep the park neat and clean
and would appreciate your cooperation in keeping your own space around
and under your R.V.s clean, such as boxes, bags, wood, branches,
and pine needles. Most Importantly clear of possible fire materials.
- Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. MST
- Late or early Check-in, please call on the day of your reservation
and arrange for after hours or early hours entry. Our doors are
locked at 9:00 p.m.
- Check out is 12:00 p.m.
Each guest is asked to respect and be considerate of other guests to
ensure a pleasant stay for all. Anyone causing a disturbance or otherwise
diminishing the stay of others will be required to leave Roughlock property.
Cancellation Policy: If within 14 days, 50% of the nightly rate is retained
unless we are able to rebook the room (less $10.00 handling fee). Day
of cancellations: 100% of room rate is retained.
For reservations made over 30 days in advance of the arrival date a
deposit equal to 50% stay will be charged to the credit card you provide.
The final 50% (the balance of your total stay) is to be paid upon arrival.
There is no penalty for any changes or cancellations made more than 14
days before check-in and the initial 50% deposit is fully refundable
in the case of cancellations made more than 14 days in advance.
Availability Confirmation: We will confirm availability for your reservation
within 72 hours.
Additional Information: You must be 18 years or older to reserve accommodations.
On extended stays, linens will be changed upon request.
Guests are asked to provide prompt notice to staff of any accident resulting
in fabric stains, glass breakage, or other damage to help minimize any
cleaning, replacement, or related charges. Where necessary, cleaning
or replacement charges will be collected for cleaning or damage beyond
normal and regular facilities use, and for replacing missing items.
There is to be no smoking of any kind within the Rusty Lillie
lodge or the Runnin' Iron Inn . Due to insurance limits and
local fire codes; candles, incense or similar products or open flames
may not be used on the property. A $200 service fee will be charged
to anyone not adhering to these policies.
